Furniture moved or covered. Floors protected with proper drop sheets and tape, not old bed sheets. Walls washed where needed. Holes and dents filled, sanded back flush. Stained timber sealed before paint goes on, so the stain doesn't bleed through six months later.
Cornices, skirting, architraves and doors cut in by hand, edges sharp against the wall. Two coats of premium acrylic on walls and ceilings. Trim done in a hard-wearing enamel that won't yellow.
Weatherboard, fibre cement, brick, stucco and plaster. Cleaned, scraped, sanded, repaired and primed properly. Bare timber gets two coats of primer before topcoats. Bare metal flashing gets a separate metal primer. Two topcoats of premium exterior paint, weather permitting.
We work to the weather, not against it. If rain is coming we'll tell you, and we'll work around it. Better to lose a day than to repaint a wall that didn't cure properly.
Working in with builders, plasterers and other trades. Spraying where it makes sense, hand-finishing where it matters. We can be on site from the prep stage right through to final touch-ups before handover.
